The Le Neptune project at Fontvieille in Monaco is one of Engeco's flagship projects. Designed by architect Gabriel Viora and completed in just 18 months. Today, this modern, functional building is home to one of Monaco's key players.

Fontvieille, a vibrant district of Monaco, has welcomed a remarkable new construction to its urban landscape: the Le Neptune building. The project, entrusted to Engeco, was carried out under the supervision of architect Gabriel Viora, known for his innovative approach and sense of detail.

The Neptune, despite a short lead time of 18 months, is a masterpiece of efficiency and aesthetics. Engeco’s expertise allowed it to meet this ambitious deadline while guaranteeing the construction quality. Modern building techniques were used to optimise the process and minimise completion times.

The Le Neptune building was designed to meet companies’ needs. It offers modern, flexible workspaces adapted to the changing requirements of the business world. Its location in Fontvieille, close to a range of amenities and services, makes it an ideal place to work.

Le Neptune in Fontvieille is a perfect illustration of Engeco's expertise and the vision of the architect Gabriel Viora. Despite the various constraints, Engeco rose to the challenge by creating a modern and functional workspace for companies and employees in Monaco. This project is testimony to Engeco's expertise, confirming its reputation as a leading player in the construction sector.

In summary
  • The building consists of an 40 x 41 metre block of eight stories, seven of which were already in existence.
  • A basement car park with a surface area of 1,760 m2 or 32 parking spaces.
  • Installation of a 545 m2 cafeteria on the roof terrace.
  • Creation of a 350 m2 lobby.
  • 11,000 m2 of offices from the ground floor to the seventh floor, i.e. 1640 m2 per storey.
  • Building height 34.60 metres.
  • Innovation in Monaco and in the South of France: 1st installation of hybrid ceilings to distribute heating and air conditioning.
  • Photovoltaic installation on a 665 m2 flat roof generating 90 kW of power.
  • 5 types of façade requiring ATEX (obtained before delivery), i.e. 4,495 m2 of ventilated cells.
  • 1088.50 m of stainless steel structure to support the solar panels on the flat roof.
