The works, due to start in 2021, will involve building secure premises fitted with the latest technology to guarantee both the highest standards in terms of security and the best conditions for conserving and storing fine goods at appropriate temperature and humidity conditions, over an area of 1,200 square metres.

These facilities are located at a depth of 50 metres, completely surrounded by Jurassic rock and accessible via a 40-metre-long tunnel.
